His expertise lies in functional raw materials, use-case design, validation logic, and commercialization.
Christian Wiechmann
Christian is an experienced food industry expert with over 20 years in leadership roles, particularly in baking ingredients and pet food. His focus is on innovative product development, process optimization, and ensuring the highest quality standards. He is a trained brewer, food technology engineer, and holds a Master of Science in Production Engineering (Industrial Engineering). He has successfully led R&D departments, strategically developed organizations, and implemented sustainable technologies. Combining strong scientific expertise with practical execution and international experience, he supports companies holistically along the entire value chain—from idea to market-ready product. As a certified Lead Auditor (FSSC 22000) and Six Sigma Green Belt, he stands for tailored solutions and sustainable success.
